You must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 4 days of receiving your shipment and return the item within 10 days of the shipment. To request a RA, please reply to the shipment confirmation email so we have your item and shipment information available to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will examine the item to make sure all tags are still 100% attached and the item is in the same condition that we sent to you. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the return to be reflected in your original method of payment. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return and approval or rejection of your refund.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and no personal discount code was used at checkout.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included in your return shipment.
No refunds or exchanges outside of Canada or refusal to accept delivery and packages not picked up with attempted delivery notification.
We have a warehouse in Toronto and we will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Return Authorization (RA) number to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your returned item. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customer is 100% responsible for customs duties and taxes (if applicable). Lux Second Chance will not be responsible for delivered duty unpaid (DDU). There are no refunds for any shipments returned to sender due to DDU. No exceptions.
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment confirmation, please send us an email with your order number. We will retain 6.3% of the transaction amount (payment provider fees) and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
