Brands sold on Lux Second Chance are not partnered or affiliated with Lux Second Chance in any manner.   However, Lux Second Chance fully cooperates with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit items, which includes revealing the contact information of consignors submitting counterfeit goods.

Lux Second Chance does not accept fake or counterfeit merchandise of any kind.  If we suspect that a submitted consignment is inauthentic we will contact the consignor for proof of purchase.  Counterfeit items discovered will be destroyed and not returned to the consignor, as federal law prohibits these items to be mailed.
